Punjab Healthcare Commission Team Inspects Cath Lab at Ali Fatima Hospital

Dr. Muhammad Riaz, Deputy Director of the Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC), along with Dr. Arslan Aslam, visited and inspected the Cath Lab at Ali Fatima Hospital, Raiwind Road, Lahore.

They were received by Medical Superintendent Dr. Dimple Mustafa, Deputy Medical Superintendent Dr. Muhammad Nasir Dilshad, and Assistant Professor of Cardiology & Head of Cath Lab, Dr. Samar Arfeen.

  

  

During the visit, Dr. Nasir Dilshad and Dr. Samar Arfeen provided a comprehensive briefing on the lab’s operational capabilities, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the range of cardiovascular procedures being performed, including angiography and angioplasty.

  

The inspection team expressed appreciation for the state-of-the-art facilities available at the Cath Lab and commended the hospital's commitment to providing high-quality cardiac care. They especially lauded the free-of-cost services offered to underprivileged patients, highlighting the role of Ali Fatima Hospital and the Madinah Foundation in promoting accessible and compassionate healthcare.
