Introduction

The Department of Surgery at Ali Fatima Teaching Hospital is a premier clinical division providing comprehensive, 24-hour surgical care. Under the distinguished leadership of Prof. Dr. Nazim Hayat, a highly experienced Professor of Surgery and FCPS consultant, the department manages a large-scale facility with over 130 beds. 

This includes a specialized High Dependency Unit (HDU) and a fully equipped Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Supported by modern operation theaters and advanced sterilization facilities, we provide both elective and emergency surgical interventions using the latest medical technology.
